INCIDENT REPORTING

For guests incidents: do not offer your explanations on why an accident may have occurred. Never offer up liability. When speaking with parties involved, use words that can be not misrepresented easily. When in doubt, tell the guest you are not sure and that the guest will need to follow up with the corporate office. Do not tell the guests to call you to follow up.
