Comps are only for FOOD, BEVERAGE, and ALCOHOL that has been returned by a guest. It is for items that have been made.

Discounts

Discounts are only for coupons and discounts that have not been made or paid for yet. Coupon, discounted bowling,etc

Voids

Voids are for returned bowling, arcade and shoe rental sales, etc It is also for and beverage items that have NOT been made yet. For food and beverage items, touch “void” before the exact item you are returning For bowling, arcade, shoe rentals, axe throwing, etc go to the “misc” screen and touch “void” and then the open bowling, open gaming button, etc..

Paid Outs are only for PURCHASING product Food, Beverage, supplies, repairs, etc. Paid outs are never used for customer refunds. Paid Out Food: Food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases Paid Out Alcohol: Alcohol Purchases Paid Out Maintenance: game repairs, shoe spray, ping pong balls, etc. Paid Out DJ/Band: DJ and Band payments
